Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is an essential raw material and has a major influence on coatings and their properties. Its high price and price fluctuations are forcing manufacturers to optimise formulations and reduce costs. This is how the idea for inbond came about. inbond is a composite product consisting of talc, PCC (precipitated calcium carbonate) and TiO2 (titanium dioxide), manufactured in a multi-stage, special self-developed production process. It does not alter the optical properties of paints, while at the same time reducing the TiO2 content in the formulation. This makes inbond your JOKER in paint formulation.

Developing and manufacturing a compound product from a wide variety of minerals is part of our expertise. “Not just simply mixed” – thanks to the unique co-grinding process which involves the joint grinding of high-quality minerals, different raw materials are not only homogenised but also mechanically and permanently bonded together.

The incomp Special Extenders from euroMinerals are talc-based, multifunctional extenders ground to different fineness and talc contents.

Finely and ultra-finely ground, high-purity dolomite with maximum whiteness is ground to a fineness of between 8 µm and 60 µm top cut in accordance with customer requirements and their applications. Thanks to the state-of-the-art separators used in the production process, customer-specific level of fineness is also possible.

Depending on requirements, different types of talc, increasingly from our own European talc deposit, are used for intalc products and processed in various production steps. The use of our white, lamellar talc products enables their use in paste-like plaster systems, decorative interior and exterior paints, industrial coatings and car repair coatings, right through to finely ground talc products for the plastics industry.

Currently around 50 natural zeolites are known which differ considerably in terms of application and quality. The zeolite processed by euroMinerals is characterised by a very high degree of purity (approx. 85%). A multifunctional product – inzeo.

inzeo is a natural, hydrated aluminosilicate. Due to its pore structure (extremely numerous cavities and channels, mainly in the mesopore and macropore range), it has a high internal surface area, which exhibits excellent and specific ion exchange, adsorption and hydration capabilities. Clinoptilolite zeolites are already being used very successfully as mineral fillers in a wide range of applications.
